I noticed some issues with records tracking and purchasing dairy products daily, so I conducted surveys and interviews with 36 daily dairy consumers and a couple of sellers to understand the challenges they encounter in buying, selling, and record-keeping. After gathering their responses, I analyzed the information to identify patterns and insights.
