Manage My Business is a digital system designed to streamline daily milk operations for dairy businesses covering owners, delivery agents, and customers. In India Dairy Business, operations are highly repetitive, manual, and dependent on people rather than systems. This leads to inefficiencies, revenue leakage, and limited scalability.

  • Interviews with 3 dairy business owners

  • Informal discussions with team members familiar with daily operations

  • Observations of existing workflows and record-keeping practices
